Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?
We are lucky and have two female owners so we share the load. This allows us to take time off with our families at separate times while the other runs the business. We also have amazing staff that are open to trying and learning new skills.
The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
The biggest challenge we have overcome was transitioning our products over to a 3rd party manufacturer.
For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
When it’s your own business, you are always thinking of ways to grow and better it, which doesn’t always allow you time to switch off and reflect.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
We hope to grow our business into our overseas target markets in the UK and USA, whilst also maintaining our growth in New Zealand and Australia. Then we can really make a difference with removing plastic from shelves and offering an effective, affordable product for everyone to use.
