Supporting Mums & Babies Through Movement, Touch & Connection

The drive: What challenges have you overcome?

I’d say one of the biggest challenges was getting our courses online. It was a tech headache, but overcoming it felt like a huge win! It taught me to be patient and problem-solve, and now I can focus on sharing Blissful Babies with more mums.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?

Running Blissful Babies has its trade-offs. I love the freedom to create and teach, but it does mean spending long hours on the computer, which isn’t always ideal for me. I thrive on connection and being present, so that’s the part I have to balance.

Hopes and dreams: What next?

I’m excited to expand Blissful Babies with online classes tailored for mums 6 months postnatal, ready to rebuild strength and energy. Next up is launching a 28-Day Core Challenge program to empower mums to reconnect with their bodies confidently. Closer to home, I’ll be growing my in-person offerings on the Gold Coast and Coffs Harbour, bringing mindful movement to more families.

I’m also creating Little Dreamers, a program that combines sleepy baby massage and yoga moves to aid digestion with responsive parenting for naps and nighttime. My training as a Paediatric Sleep and Development Specialist has allowed me to develop this program to support families. Launching online soon, with in-person workshops and courses later in the year.

Looking ahead, my long-term goal is to offer teacher trainings in postnatal yoga, baby massage and baby yoga. I want to empower other passionate individuals to share these practices with mums, spreading the power of touch and co-regulation. It’s about creating a ripple effect of love, care and connection – one mum, one baby, one breath at a time.
