Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?
Although my business is important to me, my children are my number one priority. If I don’t always ensure I have time for my children then my business of supporting mums is pointless.
The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
Getting my business name out there has been my biggest challenge. Like any new business, people are unaware of it and I have had to have quite some patience. I know though that nothing worthwhile should be forced. I need to allow things to happen as they should, at their own pace.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
My goal is to hopefully set up a private practice which includes both clinic and in-home visits, and to one day attend home births.
